Abstract:

The E-4 fault of the electromagnetic heating stove shows that it is water shortage. After 10 seconds, the pump will start to detect and recover from failure. Let's talk about how to troubleshoot and solve the problem of E-4 when the electromagnetic heating stove is in trouble.


First, the fault phenomenon is running on the pump, the fan is not running, the controller is on the alert, and the screen shows the code for water shortage.
1, cause of failure:
A, the pump has air not drained, leading to pump idling.
B, heating system distributor is not opened or filter blockage.
C, there is no exhaust in the pipe.
D, water switch failure.
The pressure difference between E and differential pressure type pipes is not enough.
2, solution:
A, turn off the copper screw at the end of the pump, drain the pump air and restart it.
B, if the distributor is not opened, the distributor is opened. If the filter is blocked, remove the filter and rinse it, then fill up the water and exhaust and restart.
C, there is air in the pipeline without exhaust, then exhaust air is restarted.
D, water switch fault with multimeter to detect whether there is a switch signal output during operation. If there is a signal output, that is, if the water switch is switched on, it may be difficult for the connector to be inserted or the conductor is disconnected, then plug in the connector or replace the wire. If the wire and plug are in good condition, the controller is replaced by the controller. If there is no signal output, the flow switch is jammed or blocked by water; when the flow switch dies, the water flow switch is washed and installed again, and the water is replenished. Exhaust restarts; water blockage is handled by B.
E, install a distributor (switch) at the heating outlet, and turn off the smaller distributor.
Two, malfunction phenomenon: the pump does not operate, the fan does not operate, the controller alarm, the display fault code is the pipeline lacks water.

2, solution:
A, use multimeter to check whether the output power of the pump is normal and whether the contact is good. If the controller does not have a voltage output, the controller will fail and replace the controller. If it falls off, it will be recontacted well, and the contact will not be good enough.
B, if there is a voltage input to the pump and the pump does not turn, it may be locked for the pump, twist the screw on the water pump, screw the pump shaft with a screwdriver, so that the rotator of the pump can be returned to normal; if the pump is not locked, the water pump will be closed or short circuited by multimeter, and the pump will burn and replace the pump.
